"Good Health, Good Future"

Every month of July we are celebrating the nutrition month. There are also many activities done during the nutrition month. What do we really mean "wastong Nutrition Kailangan Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan".
We need right nutrition for us to become healthy. For us to become healthy we should eat nutritious food and drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, and sleep at the right time. We should avoid drinking alcohols, avoid smoking and all bad influences. Excercise is also important to our body because it burns fats and help us maintain our balance diet.
Right nutrition is really important and we really need it for us to remain healthy and avoid diseases. A healthy body help us to work faster.
